The Battery Lead will oversee battery repair operations, quality control, battery lifecycle management, technical teams, safety compliance, and operational performance to ensure reliable battery services across Spiro’s service centers.
Key Responsibilities
Battery Lifecycle Management
The successful candidate will supervise the complete battery lifecycle from receiving batteries, diagnosing faults, repairing, quality control testing, and redeployment into battery swap stations.
Operational Performance
Responsibilities include improving repair turnaround times, reducing repeat failures, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining high battery availability for customers.
Safety and Compliance
The Battery Lead will ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards, environmental health and safety procedures, traceability systems, and audit requirements.
Technical Leadership
The role involves coaching technicians, assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, conducting technical reviews, and supporting continuous skills development.
Spare Parts Management
