Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will collaborate with departments across the organization to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Process Analysis
- Analyze departmental workflows and identify AI opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
AI Solution Development
The specialist will:
- Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Develop custom Copilot Studio agents.
- Automate business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create reusable prompt libraries and AI assistants.
- Evaluate new AI technologies while ensuring compliance with organizational governance policies.
AI Training & Adoption
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver AI training sessions for staff.
- Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and technical support.
- Help employees confidently adopt AI tools.
Continuous Improvement
The specialist will also:
- Monitor AI adoption metrics.
- Measure workflow improvements.
- Collect user feedback.
