Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will provide technical support to ensure the organization’s ICT infrastructure operates efficiently. Key duties include:
- Providing first-level technical support for computers and related hardware.
- Supporting network systems and software used across headquarters, branches, and service outlets.
- Assisting users with Core Banking System (CBS) technical issues.
- Maintaining computer networks, internet connectivity, and email services.
- Supporting data backup and recovery processes.
- Maintaining printers, computer peripherals, and other ICT equipment.
- Monitoring system performance and reporting technical issues.
- Supporting preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
Information Technology (IT)
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Computer Science
Or another related discipline.
Experience Requirements

- At least one year of professional experience in IT or networking.
