Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support technical operations while ensuring customers receive efficient maintenance and after-sales services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise workshop maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate after-sales service teams and daily schedules.
- Monitor engine repair procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist in diagnosing technical faults and proposing solutions.
- Supervise spare parts ordering and machine inspections.
- Monitor productivity and workshop performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with workshop coordinators and section managers.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Diploma or Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Maintenance Engineering
- Related Engineering Field
Experience Required
candidates should demonstrate experience in:
- Maintenance of stationary gas engines
- Generator sets (Gensets)
- CHP/Cogeneration systems
- Engine overhaul and troubleshooting
- Turbochargers and ignition systems
- Valve adjustment and lubrication systems
- Alternators and electrical control systems
- Industrial engine diagnostics
- Reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Cooling systems and exhaust systems
Experience with MWM TCG engines and MWM TEM diagnostic systems is considered a strong advantage.
