Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support and User Assistance

This includes:
- Responding promptly to IT support requests.

- Supporting users of the Core Banking System (CBS).

2. Network and System Administration
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the institution’s ICT infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or another closely related field.
