Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support and User Assistance
One of the primary responsibilities will be providing first-line technical support to staff working at the Head Office, branches, and sub-branches.
This includes:
- Responding promptly to IT support requests.
- Diagnosing software and hardware problems.

- Supporting users of the Core Banking System (CBS).

2. Network and System Administration
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the institution’s ICT infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or another closely related field.
