Job Purpose
The After Sales Manager will oversee all after-sales operations at EV Care, the official CEVR service center in Kigali. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing service operations, supervising technical teams, coordinating inventory systems, and maintaining high service standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations
- Manage vehicle servicing processes from customer reception to vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Supervise service advisors, warehouse personnel, and repair technicians.
Conduct staff performance evaluations.
Provide coaching and support to team members.
Ensure operational efficiency across departments.
Warranty & Service Management
- Process and manage warranty claims.
- Coordinate repair and replacement activities.
- Maintain complete warranty documentation.
Inventory & Parts Management
- Oversee inventory control systems.
- Monitor spare parts availability.
- Coordinate procurement and supplier communication.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain service records and customer databases.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Analyze service center performance metrics.
- Recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Automotive Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or a related field
Experience Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- After-sales management
- Customer service management
- Service operations
- Automotive service management
- Previous team leadership experience
- Experience in automotive, EV, electronics, or technical products sectors is an added advantage
